VocalGeni provides: • Enterprise AI communication training platform • Voice biometric authentication systems • Command center and analytics dashboards • Integration with enterprise systems • 24/7 support and success management • Custom AI model training and deployment

You agree to: • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes • Maintain confidentiality of authentication credentials • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise security • Report any security vulnerabilities immediately

Enterprise pricing: • Annual contracts with monthly or quarterly billing • Custom pricing based on user count and features • 30-day payment terms from invoice date • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest • No refunds for partial months of service

Performance guarantees: • 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits • <100ms voice processing latency • 24/7 enterprise support response times • Monthly performance reports • Planned maintenance windows with advance notice

Liability limitations: • Total liability limited to 12 months of fees paid • No liability for indirect or consequential damages • Mutual indemnification for third-party claims • Exceptions for gross negligence or willful misconduct • Force majeure provisions included

Contract termination: • Either party may terminate with 90 days notice • Immediate termination for material breach • Data export available for 90 days post-termination • Prorated refunds for prepaid unused services • Survival of confidentiality and IP provisions
